Why is the price only known at close?

Because it is the pot divided by 500,000,000 tokens, and the pot keeps changing until the window closes. Until then the site shows an indicative price: what the price would be if the window closed now.

Can the creator rug?

No. There is no admin over a gonggu, nobody can access the LP position, and the creator gets no pre-buy and no allocation. The creator can deposit during the window, at the same price as everyone; their tile is marked creator.

What if I deposit in the last minute?

You pay the same price as everyone. Late deposits raise the pot, and so the price, for everyone equally.

What happens if the soft cap is not reached?

The gonggu fails. Every depositor calls refund and gets 100 % of their deposit back. No token is created. The 0.002 ETH creation fee is not refunded.

Why can't I withdraw now?

The gonggu is in its Locked phase: the final 10 % of the window. Withdrawals stop so nobody can pull out at the last second. You can still deposit.

Is there a bonding curve after launch?

No. After settlement the token trades in a normal liquidity pool.

Is this on mainnet?

Not yet. GONGGU runs on GIWA Sepolia testnet now. Mainnet is planned for GIWA day one. Testnet tokens have no value. Follow @gongguone for the date.

On X: @gongguone. That is the only official account. GONGGU will never DM you first or ask for a seed phrase.
